Our Story
Great American Cookies wasn't born from a corporate playbook. It was built on the belief that a cookie should taste like someone actually cared about making it — and that a coffee shop should feel like a place worth staying in.
Located on East Broadway in Minneapolis, we've become a neighborhood fixture where the aroma of freshly baked dough is the first welcome you get. Our kitchen starts early every morning. Every batch is mixed by hand, every cookie is baked to order, and every cup of coffee is pulled with the same attention we'd give to anything on our own table.
